These terms set out the basic rules for using Voxel Blast (the "App"). By installing and using the App, you agree to these terms. How information is handled is described separately in the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
The App is a game made of a block-shooting action game and Pet Town, where you grow a town with the pets you rescue. The base game is free, and some items are offered as in-app purchases. Rival teams in Ranked Race are in-game AI; you are not connected to other players.
2. No account, saved on your device
- The App has no sign-up or login, and the operator does not run game servers.
- Your game progress (stage records, pets, weapons, characters, Pet Town, etc.) is stored only on your device.
- This means your progress is lost if you uninstall the App, clear its data, or change devices, and the operator cannot recover it.
- Items bought with in-app purchases can be recovered after reinstalling with the same Google account by tapping "Restore" in the shop. Game progress is not restored.
3. Paid items
All paid items are permanent (non-consumable). The App does not sell paid items with random outcomes (loot boxes).
| Item | What you get |
|---|---|
| Remove Ads Pack | No interstitial ads, and rewards that normally require watching an ad are given without one. The number of times and conditions for each reward stay the same. |
| Character packs (Wuxia, Animal, etc.) | Continued use of the characters in the pack for as long as described in these terms (see section 8). Each character's exclusive weapon is obtained through in-game merging while playing that character (you do not start with it). |
- Prices and available items are as shown on Google Play and in the in-app shop. More items may be added after launch.
- Before buying, the in-app shop shows each pack's price, included characters, the art and names of exclusive weapons, how they are obtained, and the cancellation notice.
4. Payments, refunds and cancellation
4.1 Payment and where to ask for a refund
- Payments are processed by Google Play's billing system. You can request a refund through Google Play (order history; see the Google Play refund guide) or by emailing the operator.
- Regardless of Google Play's policies, any cancellation, refund or other rights that applicable law gives you remain available.
4.2 Users in the Republic of Korea
- Under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, you may withdraw from a purchase within 7 days of purchase (the day you received the contract details). If the item is supplied later, the 7 days run from the day it was supplied or supply began.
- However, once supply of digital content has begun, withdrawal may be limited only if the operator clearly showed this before purchase and took the measures required by law, such as offering a trial or equivalent information. Paid items in this App are delivered and usable as soon as the purchase is confirmed, and this is also shown at the bottom of the in-app shop. For content supplied in parts, parts whose supply has not begun are not limited.
- If an item differs from how it was described or advertised, or the contract was not performed as agreed (including when an item was not delivered or cannot be used properly because of a defect), you may withdraw within 3 months of supply and within 30 days of the day you learned or could have learned of it — that is, until whichever of the two periods ends first.
4.3 Users in the EEA and the UK
- For EEA and UK consumers, the right of withdrawal for digital content is lost only when the applicable legal requirements for immediate supply and acknowledgment of that loss (such as your express prior consent and acknowledgment) have been met. Statutory remedies for faulty or misdescribed content remain available.
4.4 All users
- If a purchase is refunded, the benefits of that item (ad removal, characters, etc.) may be removed.
- If a minor made a purchase without a parent or guardian's consent, cancellation may be requested as provided by applicable law.
5. Ads
The App shows Google AdMob ads (interstitial ads and optional rewarded ads). Advertisers are responsible for the products and services in their ads, and the operator is not part of any transaction between you and an advertiser, except where the operator is liable under applicable law. See the Privacy Policy for how ad-related information is processed.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not do the following, except to the extent permitted by applicable law:
- Modify or reverse-engineer the App, or distribute a modified version
- Bypass payment or obtain paid items by fraudulent means, or repeatedly abuse refunds after purchase
- Copy or sell the App's art, music, text or other content without permission
- Break the law or otherwise interfere with the normal operation of the App
7. Limitation of liability
- The operator works to provide the App reliably but does not guarantee that it will run without errors on every device.
- The operator cannot recover progress lost on your device, for example through device failure or loss, uninstalling the App, or storage problems.
- The operator may change game content (balance, stages, events, etc.) through updates, but will not remove the core benefit of a paid item (such as ad removal or use of pack characters) to your disadvantage.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability of the operator, including for its intentional or negligent conduct, or any of your rights, that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8. End of service
- If sales or updates of the App end, we will announce it on the Google Play store page and in the App at least 30 days before the end date.
- Offline features of the version already installed can continue to be used on compatible devices. Future operating-system compatibility, re-downloads and purchase restoration will be explained separately in the end-of-service notice.
- Ending the service does not affect your statutory rights (such as refunds).
9. Changes to these terms
- When we change these terms, we will post the reason, the changes and the effective date on this page. Changes that are unfavorable to you or significant will be announced on this page and in the App at least 30 days before they take effect; other changes at least 7 days before.
- If you do not agree to the updated terms, you can tell us by email before the effective date or stop using the App. If the notice clearly said that not objecting by the effective date will be treated as agreement and you keep using the App without objecting, you are treated as agreeing to the updated terms.
- Where applicable law requires your separate consent to a change, we will ask for it separately.
- We will not retroactively limit rights to items you have already bought merely because you did not agree to the updated terms.
10. Contact and disputes
Please send questions to the email in "Operator / seller information" above. Users in Korea may also apply for dispute mediation to bodies such as the Korea Consumer Agency or the Content Dispute Resolution Committee.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Where mandatory laws of your country of residence (such as consumer protection laws) give you more favorable rights, those laws apply.
